# Trámite CR

> Free, unofficial, bilingual (Spanish/English) guides and calculators for Costa Rica vehicle paperwork: the 2027 **marchamo** (annual circulation fee = vehicle property tax + SOA mandatory insurance + COSEVI and small fixed charges) and the **Dekra** (formerly Riteve) RTV vehicle technical inspection. Every figure is dated and linked to its source (INS, Hacienda, Sugese, MOPT/COSEVI, ARESEP/La Gaceta, Dekra). Data last checked: 2026-10-24.

Trámite CR is a private site, not a government agency, and is not affiliated with INS, Hacienda, COSEVI, MOPT, ARESEP or Dekra. Estimates are informational, not official figures and not legal advice: always verify the exact amount at the official source before paying (marchamo by plate: https://marchamo.ins-cr.com/Marchamo/Inicio).
